What does a natural born leader look like? Do they follow the rules or do they create new ones? For years I felt like I was standing alone fighting against all odds and watching people and feeling their resistance to the rules, yet nobody stood up.
I remember this one experience in college, they had created this new class basically it was a filler class with a teacher who did not want to be there. My blood was boiling, I knew that my money was being used for the wrong thing so before I acted I asked around to hear what others felt and everyone in the class agreed with me but nobody did anything about it. One day, I had enough. I remember watching everyone in the room completely check out and leave their bodies in day dream land as this teacher sat there just reading definitions out of a text book. I got up, I walked out of the class room and straight to the main office. I just blurted out, “can someone please tell me what the point of this class is” and around the corner comes out the main facilitator of the program and states “finally someone spoke up!” She was in agreement with me! She told me that she was forced to place this teacher and these programs. Changes happened after I spoke up.
This society as evolved, but still so limited in the mind frame of understanding such souls, wants to dumb down sensory and use stimulates to suppress the power and energy of the indigo. Most Indigo’s end up being diagnosed with ADD or ADHD. What is so wrong with a child that cannot sit still, wants movement wants to create and doesn’t give a shit about what the English teacher says? Maybe our school systems are the problem, not the child. Maybe we need to reconsider what type of new leaders we would like to see in this world.
This is the purpose of the Indigo Child! The Indigo cannot handle lies, people being used or any form of amusement. They teach, heal and create new perspectives for humanity. They refuse the system, have abundance of energy and can see right through someone’s control or manipulation. The downfall however they are very misunderstood and feel like their journey is lead alone. An indigo child is like a warrior. They will fight the battle until the end, even if they lose in their hearts they know they fought with honour and did their best. The hardest part of the indigo child is finding peace. They are in such a mission to save this world that they forget that they too need love, protection and care.
An Indigo Child seeks the truth and wants connection and authenticity. Do you blame this child for being highly sensitive and living in a world where looks matter more than the soul? Nonetheless, they will keep fighting for change no matter where they go, who they meet they will always create an imprint of change. Be proud my Indigo because you don’t need anyone’s approval!
