These last few months have been crazy – a roller coaster of emotions and of manifestations. I have put so much out in the universe that I literally cannot catch up! I am super exhausted and yet I still feel like I should push myself to be doing more.
The universe is always working for you and with you; I honestly have to remind myself of that on daily basis. Day to day life can make things feel very confusing and non-attachment to peoples’ comments or feelings can be very trying on the body. I forget sometimes that I am super sensitive and need a lot of rest. I feel that we are all in the same boat and that resting is important in allowing what we manifest to line up with us.
I have been asking the universe to help me expand my business, connect me with more like minded people who are ready to do the work and to fill up all my workshops as my passion is teaching! I love, love , love watching a group shift as a collective experience but physically I am too exhausted to currently create more.
That got me thinking…
Why am I so exhausted? Why do I just want to chill? Why am I not fighting harder for the things I want to create?
I realized my answer this morning, “in rest we allow to heal and to allow manifestations to fall into place.”I had to remember that on a metaphysical state all my desires have already happen, it is reality that needs to catch up. But it sucks waiting, because all that happens is stress, anxiety and fear which creates physical exhaustion.
So, I have decided to go back to basics: meditation, yoga , eating right, drinking more water and walking myself through my shadow fears and ego attacks! I don’t need to put myself down anymore and I must see how successful I have become due to my hard work and my ability of letting go and allowing. I already am in complete balance, it’s when I lose focus and not stay grounded within myself that I get into the space of confusion, despair and not wanting to continue this journey…but who am I kidding I LOVE this. This is my passion, this is my art, I remind myself how the universal laws work for us and just like that I keep going.
Here is my back to basics plan, follow if you feel – this is a great practice for you!
1. Meditation for 15 mins every morning and night. (to be honest I do this daily if not over an hour a day)
Meditation helps you build a strong foundation and keeps you grounded. It clears your mind of the constant chatter and helps you connect to breath and alignment, back to focus and connecting you with your manifestations.
Sit, breathe put on some calming music. There is no right or wrong way to meditate you can’t get it wrong!
2. Drink more water. The body needs this while you are in your period of “rest.” The period of “rest” means you are in a state of connecting to all the new things that you are trying to create and manifest.Water is purity, so get into the mind frame of “purity” to allow all the new greatness!
3. Have a conversation with your Ego. Get it in check, our ego isn’t our enemy it’s a friend that is just trying to protect us from getting hurt or feeling pain, but we have to start getting into the space of knowing that our fear from getting hurt or feeling pain is just creating more pain!
– Write out all the negative thoughts that you are having and ask yourself if any of it is true. Then start asking why you would be so hard on yourself or why you feel the need to abuse yourself! Self -love is a process, but you have to start coming into the space of noticing how harmful you may be to yourself.
4. LAWS OF ATTRACTION!!! Ok so this is kind of hard at first but I’ll give you the basics!
– What I feel and think inside of me is projected outside of me. Meaning that everything that is going on within yourself shows up and attracts that experience to you. So, it’s time to get real and notice how you may be sabotaging your own growth by blaming others or exterior factors!
– When I ask for something from the universe the only answer the universe has is “YES!” which means you better be specific when it comes to manifesting. Let go so that you may heal that part of you and allow the new energy of your desire come in.
-Everything is energy, and that energy is a reflection of your energy!!
5. Surrender, ugh the hardest!! I am the most impatient of all! But getting into the space and noticing how everything is supporting you to take this period of rest is so important. The more you surrender the more you can allow.
Basic tools could be: going for a walk on your lunch break , leaving early from work, just anything to do with having fun! Joy is a high frequency and it attracts better experiences helping you to match the frequency of the new!
Ok, so off I go and start my ritual “back to basics” Funny thing is I know that everything will fall into place, it always does, I’ve seen it far too many times with myself and with my clients. You just need to be aware of it. The universe has your back, and so do I!
