Its not always about meditating to find your inner peace. Meditating is an amazing way to connect with your inner self and getting to know who you are. It is amazing at reducing your stress and helping maintain your health, but if you’re not really into trying it out that’s ok, here are some great ways to get your inner chill and learn how to be present in your day to day activities and life!
Ten steps to your Inner Zen:
1. Drink water. Simple but effective. This also helps remove negative vibes off of you. So if you’re feeling a little drained , drink up! Plus your body will thank you!
2. Get pedicures, self-care is so important! Getting your feet treated helps stimulate toxics out of the body and activates those feet chakras helping you get grounded.
3. Drink Rosehip tea it protects against psychic attacks , strengthens the aura so that you don’t feel drained and have an anxiety attack!
Camomile tea is also an option and is super grounding, plus it keeps the nerves calm!
4. Get moving, dance, walk, yoga anything gentle and fun can help clear the mind, body and keep the soul happy!
5. Spend time in nature.
6. Connect with like minded souls! Have conversations about your feelings and allow others to do so as well. Make meaningful connections.
7. Show gratitude for all that you do and have accomplished, create your ” im good enough” list.
8. Get creative, express yourself.
9. Let your inner child play!
10. Ask for help when you need the support! Remember you’re not alone !
