The joy a child brings all exist within ourselves. We forget that there is this beautiful part of us, a part that heals, nurtures and creates. In this world as of current, we are all suffering. It is a time where we need healing the most, but we don’t realize that we have the guidance within and instead we agree to exterior abuse and keep hurting ourselves. The body that we live in, we ignore, what if I told you that inner child lives in that perspective and all you keep doing is neglecting your joy, your love and your healing. Take a minute, look in the mirror and stare into your eyes. What do you see? How do you feel? Imagine now if that was a little child. What would be the emotion this child would represent? Emptiness? Fear? Failure? I often meet beautiful souls, I see through people’s eyes and see the suffering, pain and avoidance but it’s not your fault. No one was giving a manual on how this experience of life, mind, body and soul all work. We followed social standards of living and through years of this cycle we have lost the sparkle of joy in our eyes and our soul is thirsty for healing. Unfortunately for some self-healing is just self-numbing. This could come in many forms. Addictions, co-dependencies, even just putting on a positive outlook on life can be harmful when you are not living authenticity and not paying attention to your emotions. Our emotions are our compass. Our emotions guide, attract and produce the life you are currently living. So, what emotions live in your body and how can we make it a better environment for a child to live in? We are all healers, but it starts with you paying attention to yourself. We need to use the perspective of the inner child so we can pay attention to our emotions. If you want to attract the healing you need in your life, it’s time to announce to your inner child, “I will not abandon you anymore, I will seek you deep within my heart” May love and light guide you home.
