Well, we have been on a roller coaster of events since the start of the new year. This year, from a metaphysical perspective or even a prophetic view, is designed to help us move past our limited beliefs and limited mindsets. We are not to feed into fear. We are to come back within ourselves to create a new year, a new decade, that does not include the old. This will only happen with events that cause big challenges and big shifts.
I’m writing this blog, and if you are in alignment to reading it, that means there is a part of you that understands that any new transition in life comes with huge chaos. It is very unfortunate that we live in resistance to change. That we live in our mental bodies creating and feeding into the story of fear instead of listening to our intuition. Perhaps some of us are even feeding into our ignorance.
What we need to be focusing on around this period of transition is coming back home within ourselves and staying committed to grounding and healing our minds and body. Healing how we view the world, our views around the world and as a collective consciousness. We have the ability to make things heal rapidly and align with beautiful experiences.
So, the question here is: what is your current mindset like? You may think that this doesn’t even matter. You may feel as though you do not have any control over the circumstances but I am here to tell you that you do. You have more control then you realize. How you feel about everything that is happening around you will continue to attract exactly that circumstance.
Can you be the change that we need today? This would mean you would have to challenge the fear you are faced with everyday and let go of the resistance. You would need to take better care of yourself, slow down, worry less, stress less and obviously stay in the mindset that you are in control of how you feel. You will also need to face patterns and beliefs systems that you feed into daily.
For example:
Your relationships: Are they helping you evolve? Are they helping you grow? Are they providing love and connection?
Money: Are you in constant need to spend because you’re not feeling right? Unhappy? Or fearing you’ll never have enough no matter how hard you are working?
Safety: Are you feeling you are not safe in your space, home, environment or your world?
Mental health: Are you taking the time to notice your anxieties and help your depression by providing solutions? Or, are you feeding into the stories of fear?
Your overall health: Are you constantly worried that you are sick? That you will attract sickness or that you will never heal from sickness?
I really challenge you to step up, level up and start changing even the smallest thing in your life. You are not meant to live in survival mode. We are meant to thrive and create better experiences for ourselves.
Take a leap of faith and know you are being loved and guided on each step you take. Move past the fear.
